Move in Colors #5:Nature
Surrounded by the vibrant colors of nature and the artistic inspirations of the community park, we embraced the natural world as an extension of ourselves, reconnecting with its inherent beauty.
WE ARE NATURE!
On 11. August, we hosted our first “Move in Colors” workshop at Tempelhofer Feld, surrounded by the vibrant beauty of nature and the inspiring art objects within the community garden, Stadtacker (@stadtacker_berlin).
Through movement, we embodied the natural elements, exploring how each interacts with the others—from the shifting clouds in the sky to the blooming flowers, the rolling waves of the ocean, and the birds flying together to build their nests. We connected with nature and became one with it.
In practicing mindfulness, we tuned into the details around us, embracing all the sounds: laughter, music, birds chirping, and the breeze of the wind—reminding ourselves that, just as we listen to the world, the world is also listening to us.
By observing closely, we gathered materials from nature to create unique works of art. We also wrote letters to nature, expressing our gratitude for this beautiful world.
We then shared a moment of tranquility over delicious tea, deepening our connection with one another and the environment. It was truly a wonderful experience to be outside, breathing in the fresh air and summer breezes, surrounded by friends, dancing, and creating art together.
And as if the day couldn't get any better, swing dancers and a live jazz band graced us with their presence, making the moment even more magical.
Thank you to everyone for your creativity, attentiveness, and inspiration!
