Move in Colors #1: Music

“MOVE IN COLORS” - Dance & Painting workshop is a series of artistic exploration merging movements with colors.

We - Lavia and Elsa - wanted to provide a space where you can explore and express your creative and intuitive side, embracing chaos and imperfection, to let your light shine bright!

Through different movements and art invitations, each event focuses on a different theme: musicality, emotions and love for the 3 first workshop, organized at C*SPACE Berlin. In July, we explored the themes of identity, body awareness and migration, surrounded by artworks in the gallery Under the Mango Tree.

During this first workshop on music, we express your sensations & emotions brought up by the rhythmic and melodies, through movements and colors . We explore what it means to let your intuition guide you, to “go with the flow”, to trust yourself.

Our most natural senses: seeing, hearing, touching, feeling will be used to connect at a deeper level with ourselves, to be mindful and present. By using sounds and music as guidance, we close the bridge between our sensory experience and our outer reality. We move with the rhythm and feel the colors within us.
